Disney Legend Kevin Corcoran, better known to millions of his fans as "Moochie" has passed away at age 66.
Perhaps best known for his role in Disney's Old Yeller, he starred in many Disney films in the 1950's and 60's, including The Shaggy Dog, Bon Voyage and Swiss Family Robinson. While he appeared often on The Mickey Mouse Club, he was not considered to be an official Mouseketeer, appearing mostly in the daily serials like Spin and Marty or promoting one of the films he starred in.
Transitioning into adulthood, Kevin chose to forgo acting and concentrate on behind the scenes positions as an assistant director or producer. His most recent behind the camera work was at FX Network on The Shield and Sons of Anarchy.
Kevin was enshrined as a Disney Legend in 2006 alongside Tommy Kirk, who often played his older brother onscreen. Kevin's contributions to the world of Disney are fondly remembered and the films he starred in are still beloved classics enjoyed around the world.
