In 1971, Walt Disney Productions tried to recreate the success of Mary Poppins by enlisting another British cast in a musical fantasy. David Tomlinson returns to Disney in the role of "Emelius", a con artist who convinces Angela Lansbury's Eglantine that he is selling her actual magic spells.
It turns out his magic spells do work and the two team up with some brave kids to help defeat the Nazis using a little magic.
